Managing finances is something most people struggle with!

This unit is going to build on work which students cover in their Mathmatics and Citizenship lessons, supported by the use of ICT.

By the end of the unit, students will understand such issues such as taxation, mortgages and insurance, understand how to manage finances, use a computer system to help them manage their money and make financial predictions and plans for the future.

The resources for the six lessons can be found on the lesson pages; ideally, teachers should source a computer room equipped with an interactive whiteboard.
