The resources work well when uploaded to the Microsoft Learning Gateway running over Sharepoint 2003 or 2007, for this allows students to collaborate on documents online from remote locations. This fundamentally extends learning opportunities and enhances students' design of their own learning.

When the documents are opened, the learner should select the icon to 'Edit presention'. Students then work on the document, saving regularly, by clicking on the Save icon. Students should refresh their views of the document regularly, in order to see their peers' amendments.
