and within this resource are teacher notes and homework sheets that can be used to practise key skills. Teachers can use the notes either with their students or simply as extra extra revision material or use them to work through examples with the class.
The homework sheets a re intended to be straight forward and not 'wordy' so that students of all abilities can achieve success at them. I have used them along side the Edexcel textbook, to check on students' progress and to identify any specific areas of weakness. An alternative approach would be to use them in lesson time to consolodate the concepts taught and to initiate discussion about the harder questions and about the different approaches that students can take to solve a problem. This then leaves you the textbook exercise to set for homework.
The chapters follow the sequence of the textbook but in order to complete the five project areas, you may like to follow the chapters in the order suggested by the left hand menu.
