1 - Discover the earliest origins of chocolate

2 - Provide a list of the ingredients required to make chocolate

3 - Describe (with the help of a diagram) the chocolate-making process (an evaluation copy of MindGenius concept mapping software is included in the zip). An example of how it can be used is here but please note that this file will only open once you have installed MindGenius on your PC.
