Introduction and Context
At Princethorpe ICT is taught in a carousel with Design and Technology subjects in key stage 3. The work is largely themed so that students see through a topic in more than one area. One of the areas covered in Resistant Materials is that of producing an enamelled broach which involves a number of distinct and sometimes hazardous processes. It is our desire to support the work in this area so that students are properly prepared before they commence the practical work in the workshop

Proposal
The aim of the project is to produce a series of film clips showing each of the production processes and make these available on the college intranet. Students will be able to access these movie clips and arrange them in the correct order and produce an instructional movie showing all the stages.
