5 Adding Audio

It will help if you put your music file or recorded audio file into the project folder. Remember if you are using music that you must follow the copyright rules if you plan to publish your project. For my project, I downloaded a music clip from http://www.clipjingles.com ($3.50)

From the CAPTURE VIDEO menu, select IMPORT AUDIO OR MUSIC and browse for your music or audio file.

Click and drag your music file onto the Audio/Music part of the timeline

You can have the music clip running from the start of your timeline or at any stage.

If you right click on your music clip, your can choose Mute, Fade In, Fade Out or you can alter the Volume. (You can also do this with the audio).

You can use the same clip many times on your time line by dragging it to the appropriate position.

As with the video clip, you can resize it to fit the required time.
